Group & Facility Booking 5–10 Residents
Book one full service day for 5–10 residents at your facility or location.
For this booking, the day minimum is $500.
The final total may be higher depending on the number of residents served and any add-on services selected.
Tips are not included in service totals or day minimums.
What to know
Option 1: Facility Pays for Everything
The facility pays for all services provided during the booking.
A $250 deposit is required to reserve the date.
That deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward the final total at the end of the day. The facility pays for base services and all add-ons that clients select.
Option 2: Hybrid Payment
The facility pays for the base haircut service only, and residents pay for their own add-ons.
For groups of 5–10 residents, the base haircut service is $50 per resident.
A $250 deposit is required to reserve the date, and that deposit is applied toward the facility’s base service total at the end of the day.
Example:
If 8 residents receive base cuts, the base total is $400, and we’re owed $100 so the facility will receive $150 back of their deposit.
Any add-ons are paid separately by the individual residents.
Option 3: Residents Pay for Everything
Residents pay for all services and add-ons individually.
The facility still places a $250 deposit to reserve the date.
That deposit is refundable as long as the day minimum is met through services performed.
Example:
If the total services performed for the day total $490, the facility receives $240 back of their $250 deposit to meet the $500 daily minimum.
If the total services performed for the day total $620, the facility receives the full $250 back because the $500 daily minimum has been met.
